The Matthews is happy to introduce two hard working interns for the summer–Lindsey Beaver and Brittany Whitney.
Lindsey is from Gillette, WY and graduated from Sheridan Community College with an Associates degree in Fine Arts. She then went on to graduate from Minnesota State University – Mankato with a BA in Music and a certificate in Non-Profit Leadership. After this summer internship Lindsey is hoping to join a non-profit organization with a music and arts organization.
Brittany is from Rapid City, SD and recently graduated from Black Hills State University with a BA in Arts and a Minor in Gallery Management. Her specific areas of interest include gallery and artist management. Once she has completed her internship she is hoping to stay in Spearfish to get some financial footing, and eventually open her own coffee shop / art gallery. If you see Brittany or Lindsey around Spearfish, be sure to give them a big smile and pat on the back.
