They’re here. South Dakota Public Broadcasting television & radio arrived at the opera house early this morning to set up for tomorrow’s TV special taping of “Rock Garden Tour.”
Here are a couple pictures of the activity. I’ve been here almost 2 years and have never seen the back stage door open before. SDPB brought their own generator to accommodate all the power needs of the event.
Our ticket sales are going great. We are so happy about that. The online ticketing system we put in this spring has been a great feature for patrons. For those who procrastinate, not so great, because most of the seats are sold by the day of the event. But…that’s a good thing, right?
