Origami Workshop

Unfold the wonders of Japanese paper-folding in our Origami Workshop, hosted by The Matthews as part of BHSU’s Japan Outreach Initiative (JOI). This free, hands-on session will explore traditional origami techniques. Perfect for beginners and seasoned folders alike. Light materials provided; class limited to the first 12 registrants.

About the Japan Outreach Initiative (JOI)

The Japan Outreach Initiative (JOI) is a joint program of the Japan Foundation and Laurasian Institution, designed to bring native Japanese cultural coordinators to regions of the U.S. where Japanese cultural experiences are limited. BHSU’s participation brings these rich cultural opportunities right into our community.

All workshops begin at 3 pm on the second Thursday of each month and are completely free of charge.
