Whether for correspondence or as keepsakes\, these postcards will blend artistry with cultural flair. Free and capped at 12 participants. Materials provided. \nAbout the Japan Outreach Initiative (JOI)\nThe Japan Outreach Initiative (JOI) is a joint program of the Japan Foundation and Laurasian Institution\, designed to bring native Japanese cultural coordinators to regions of the U.S. where Japanese cultural experiences are limited.
