All workshops begin at 3 pm on the second Thursday of each month and are completely free of charge. \nAbout the Japan Outreach Initiative (JOI) \nThe Japan Outreach Initiative (JOI) is a joint program of the Japan Foundation and Laurasian Institution\, designed to bring native Japanese cultural coordinators to regions of the U.S. where Japanese cultural experiences are limited.
